Teresa Carter Kizzie, Ed.D, BCBA, LBA
Dr. Teresa Carter Kizzie is an ordinary person who continues to accomplish extraordinary dreams. Escaping a generational trend of poverty, domestic violence, and trauma, Teresa attended Columbia State Community College where she played basketball and received an Associate Degree in Communications. She earned a BA in Communications and a Master’s in Education from Middle Tennessee State University. Dr. Teresa also received her Education Specialist Degree (Ed.S) in Applied Behavior Analysis from Lipscomb University, becoming a Board-Certified Behavior Analysis (BCBA). Dr. teresa is also a Senior Behavioral Analyst and an Adjunct Professor. In addition to her professional accomplishments, her prized joy is being a wife to William Kizzie and mother to daughter, Layla “6”, and son, William “2”. Teresa’s life mission is to coach individuals, particularly adolescents, from trauma to triumph.
